Irish Dark and White Chocolate Bread Pudding



This recipe, which combines dark and white chocolate for a rich and decadent St. Patrick's Day dessert, is a delightful twist on the traditional Irish bread pudding. This cozy treat has an Irish flair thanks to the addition of Irish whiskey.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of stale bread, cubed
  • 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup of Irish whiskey
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C

In a large bowl, combine the cubed stale bread, dark chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, granulated sugar, Irish whiskey, melted butter, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt

Pour the wet mixture over the bread and chocolate in the large bowl, making sure everything is well soaked

Let it sit for about 15 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the liquid

Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the pudding is set and the top is golden brown

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving

Optional: Dust with powdered sugar or serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence

Booza Dream



Booza Dream is a rich and creamy ice cream that tastes great with pistachios and chocolate chips together. It's great for any time of the year to satisfy your sweet tooth or cool off on a hot summer day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and salt

Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved and mixture is warm

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tbsp erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce optional
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 4 cups cauliflower rice
  • 2 green onions, chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, for cauliflower rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cauliflower rice

Cook until cauliflower rice is tender, about 5-7 minutes

Season with salt and pepper

Set aside

In the same skillet, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger

Saut until fragrant, about 1 minute

Add ground beef to the skillet

Cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spoon

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, erythritol, rice vinegar, and Sriracha sauce if using

Pour over the cooked beef
