Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup pickles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat
Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size
Add salt and pepper to each patty
In a different pan, cook the bacon slices until they are crispy
Take it off and let it dry on paper towels
The burger patties should be cooked for three to four minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them
Put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt in the last minute of cooking
Toast the buns on the grill until they are lightly browned while the burgers are cooking
Put mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl and mix them together to make a sauce
Spread the sauce on the toasted buns to make the burgers
Make a burger with cheese, a pickle, a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, a red onion slice, and two bacon slices for each bottom bun
Put the other half of the bun on top
Enjoy the bacon cheeseburgers while they're still hot
