Nutty Keto Chocolate



Indulge your sweet tooth without the guilt with this nutty keto chocolate recipe. Made with coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, and your favorite nuts, this homemade chocolate is perfect for satisfying your cravings on a ketogenic diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts such as almonds, pecans, or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

In a saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat

Once melted, remove from heat and whisk in unsweetened cocoa powder until smooth

Stir in powdered erythritol or your preferred sweetener until fully dissolved

Mix in chopped nuts, shredded coconut if using, and vanilla extract until well combined

Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish or silicone mold, spreading it out evenly

Place the dish or mold in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is firm

Once firm, remove from the refrigerator and cut or break the chocolate into pieces

Store the nutty keto chocolate in an airtight container in the refrigerator
