This recipe turns popcorn into a sweet and savory treat coated in chocolate, peanut butter, and powdered sugar, offering a delightful twist on the traditional Puppy Chow snack.
Ingredients:
- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions:
Popcorn should be put in a big bowl
Put the butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips in a bowl that is safe to microwave
Melt and smooth out in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds
Add vanilla extract and stir
After pouring chocolate mixture over popcorn, gently toss to coat evenly
